As the COVID-19/Coronavirus continues to change our day to day world, we at HCB Property Management (HCBPM) still want to serve our tenants and landlords within the guidelines of the CDC and State or West Virginia.
Property Maintenance
For the health and safety of our staff and out tenants, HCBPM will only be conducting maintenance for emergency situation, to be determined by the Assistant Property Manager.Circumstances that do still require attention, our maintenance department will observe the following safety and health precautions:
- A mask and gloves will be worn by our staff member at all times while in the unit.
- The staff member will maintain a distance of 6 feet from any tenants at all time.
- We ask that the residents of the unit maintain as much distance as possible from the area of the repair while our staff members are present.
- Property management will call to confirm that no one in the household is ill or has traveled recently before dispatching a maintenance person.
New Leasing
We are committed to continuing to provide housing solutions for members of our communities, so we are still showing vacant units at this time by following these precautions:
- A written or submitted application is required by each prospective tenant prior to showing a unit.
- Health and travel questions will be asked prior to showing unit.
- A mask and gloves will be worn by our staff member at all times while in the unit.
- The staff member will maintain a distance of 6 feet from any tenants at all time.
- We will show a unit to only one member of the household at a time.
