A two bedroom apartment is also available to an individual who requires the special design features of a handicapped accessible apt. Tenant pays water, sewer, garbage, elec. heat and A/C.
Income eligibility requirements. Rental assistance may be available from USDA-RD.
We offer 1-2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom rentals that are income-based at $525 per month.
