HCB Property Management provides property management and maintenance services for non-profit, for-profit and sole proprietor landlords in Randolph, Barbour, and Tucker counties. It is a division of Highland Community Builders, a non-profit organization whose mission is to: develop, construct, manage and finance any and all types of real estate properties and provide education, social service, and community development services to low and moderate-income individuals.
