For Tenants: What to Expect

  • Include as much detail as possible (photos are helpful).
  • We’ll acknowledge receipt, assign the request, and follow up as needed.
  • Entry notices will be given in advance for non-emergency work.

What We Cover

HCB coordinates both routine and emergency maintenance for all managed properties. Services include:

  • Plumbing and water issues
  • Electrical and lighting repairs
  • HVAC (heating and air conditioning)
  • Appliance issues

  • Lawn care and seasonal upkeep (at participating properties)
  • Unit turnovers and inspections

We work with trusted contractors and in-house technicians to ensure repairs are completed to a professional standard.
