We believe housing works best when expectations are clear and mutual. As a tenant, you have the right to:

  • Reasonable privacy and quiet enjoyment of your home
  • Prompt attention to valid maintenance concerns

In return, we ask that you:

  • Report maintenance issues as soon as they arise
  • Pay rent on time and communicate if you’re experiencing difficulties
  • Keep your rental space clean and in good condition
  • Follow the terms of your lease agreement

HCB Property Management serves tenants of all income levels. If you are experiencing financial hardship, rental assistance may be available through the Randolph County Housing Authority (RCHA). The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program helps eligible households afford safe and decent housing.
