HCB Property Management provides rental housing and property management services in Randolph, Barbour, and Tucker counties. We manage over 30 residential properties for individuals and families at all income levels. Our properties encompass a variety of housing types, including apartments, townhouses/duplexes, and single-family homes.
As a subsidiary of Highland Community Builders, a nonprofit organization, we support broader goals of affordable housing, education, social services, and community development.
Highland Community Builders (HCB), develops, constructs, manages, and finances real estate projects and supports services for low- and moderate-income individuals. Learn more at highlandcommunitybuilders.org.
In addition to our regular property management services for landlords, HCB and HCB Property Management partner with the Randolph County Housing Authority (RCHA) to offer lower income and subsidized housing options.
